Its the easiest way to decorate envelopes, gift wrapping, scrapbooking, "hanging" pictures, adhering notes to the door- it never ends!
Washi tape is made in Japan and has a slight transparency, so that it can be layered. Does not rip off paint or paper when peeled off.
